The full form of WB TET is West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test. WB TET Exam is conducted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

WB SSC TET Eligibility Criteria or Qualification

Candidate should have completed Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks any graduation degree from recognized University or Board

Selection Process will be based on the candidate performance in West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test followed by Interview.

• On official home page click on the “WB TET Apply Online” link
• Read the detail carefully before filling the form.
• After that fill the details upload the scanned copies of photograph & signature.
• Take your registration number with password.
• Then complete the fees payment process
• Click on submit button.

Fee of WBTET Examination

• General category candidates have to pay Rs.250/- as application fee
• SC/ST category candidates have to pay Rs.80/- as application fee

WB TET Exam Pattern

• There are two papers conducted for WB TET Exam.
• The paper 1 is compulsory for those candidates who wish to work in primary classes and paper 2 is for all those candidates who wish to work in the upper primary classes.
• The paper contains objective type of multiple choice questions.
• The candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer
• No negative marking for the incorrect answers.
