HP TET Eligibility and Qualification

• For Paper I:

Candidates must have HSC/12th passing certificate with minimum 50% marks and must have cleared or appeared in 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

• For Paper II:

Candidates must have Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks and must have cleared or appeared in Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed or B.EI.Ed.

Application Fee for HP TET Exam

• For General candidates need to pay application fee of Rs 800/-
• For SC/ST/OBC/PHH candidates need to pay application fee of Rs 500/-

HP TET Exam Pattern

• There will be 150 questions of multiple-choice/objective type asked in every paper
• Duration of exam is of 1 and half hour.
• Each question carries one mark
• There shall be no negative marking
• Questions will be asked from Shashtri degree course, General awareness, current affairs & environmental studies.
• The question booklet will be set and supplied in bilingual i.e. both in English and Hindi
