Full block of DND service of BSNL network:

In this category, the service can be blocked by calling to 1909 (IVRS system) and another way by sending a message to the toll-free number.

Registration /Activation via SMS

Type the SMS as described format SMS><Space><START 0 to 1909. By this way, you can register your number for activation of DND services for BSNL subscriber. Within 24 hours you can get the unique confirmation code to the registered mobile number.

Registration/activation via Call (IVRS)

Initially, make a call to the number 1909 and carefully listen to the instructions given by it and give the corresponding response code. Continue it until you reach the option DND services and then choose for activation of the DND.

Partial Block of DND Service of the BSNL network:

Coming under this category the subscriber can choose the selected area for blocking the DND service. There are two ways for activating DND in the partial block and they are given below.

Partial block of DND service via SMS

In this category, the subscriber wants to select the default preference as given below and then he can able to stop the ads from a particular point of the area.

Partial blocking through the call

Under this procedure, the subscriber should make a call to 1909 and follow the instructions the user can choose the option for the partial block DND activation.

Deactivation of the DND service for the BSNL Subscriber:
