TS EAMCET Counselling: TS EAMCET Exam is conducted every year by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of Telangana state Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) to provide admissions into various professional courses offered in the Universities/ Private Colleges in the State of Telangana. To get admission in applied courses, contenders need to follow Rank Wise Web Counseling Procedure. Failing to attend the counseling will lead to cancellation of candidature for that particular candidate.

Registration

Candidates who are qualified in TS EAMCET and interested in appearing for TS EAMCET Counselling have to Register for certificate verification.The candidates have to to visit any one of the designated TS EAMCET Counselling Centers or Helpline Centers according to their ranks. Students have to give their TS Eamcet rank card to the official of Counselling Center and register for Telangana State EAMCET Counselling. After the registration process, you have to pay the TS EAMCET Counselling Fee. Fee payment depends on the category of the student.

TS EAMCET Counselling Fee Payment details

• For OC/BC-Rs.1000
• For SC/ST-Rs. 500.

After making payment the officer will give you Registration cum Verification form.The candidate has to fill the details such as TS EAMCET Number, Rank, and personal details.and has to sign on the Register form. Submit the registration form at registration counter and wait until you are called for Certificate Registration. The Counselling starting dates are not intimated to any candidate separately. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the website regularly and attend the Helpline centers for Counselling process and document verification. Registered Candidates can also get TS EAMCET counseling details by SMS alert to the registered mobile number.

TS EAMCET Certificate Verification

1. Candidates who are successfully registered for certificate Registration are called out.

2. Every candidate has to verify (Gender, Category, DOB, Mobile and Aadhaar Card No., Eligibility etc) on registration cum verification form are correct or not. In case of any discrepancy, contact the verification officer for corrections.

3.SC/ST/BC categories candidates have to contact the caste verification officer. Submit their original caste certificates for verification and clearance. Report to one of the Certificate Verification Officer, after verification, .

4. Candidates who belongs to OC Category have to directly report to the certificate verification officer.

5. Candidate will be issued a receipt for the same, after getting all the documents and details verified, Collect the print out of the same. Contact the Chief Verification Officer in case of any correction to be made,. Make your signature after verifying the data.

6. Collect your manual option form and then leave the counselling hall.

Documents required for TS EAMCET Certificate Verification

Candidates have to bring the following certificates in original along with 2 sets of Photocopies at the time of TS EAMCET Counselling Process:

• TS EAMCET Hall Ticket
• TS EAMCET Rank Card
• Aadhaar Card
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
• VI to Inter Study Certificates,
• Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority if applicable.
• Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
• Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education
• For Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority Certificate needs to produce
• PH-certificate issued by District Medical Board- Only candidates with 40% and above disability are considered eligible
• CAP-certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer- Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in-service men) issued by Competent Authority for verification.
• NCC & Sports- Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
• Minorities- SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
• Anglo-Indian- Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence

After verification of documents by the Officials they will take the Xerox copies of Certificates of 2 copies and they will give the TS EAMCET Web options entry dates based on the rank obtained in TS EAMCET.

Options Entry

1.During the Registration process, after making payment the candidates are provided with a Registration number and Password for future use.

2.After Document verification the council will provide a facility of choice filling exercise through online mode.

3.Candidates have to login to their TS EAMCET account and fill their choices of colleges/courses according to their preferences.

4.Candidates have to fill their ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password & date of birth for choice filling.

5.After completing the option entry click on “Logout”, then three options will appear-”Save and Logout”,”Confirm Logout”, and “Cancel Logout”.Take a print out copy of filled choice for future reference.

• If you click on Save and Logout, then it will be saved up to that point of time and display the details of options filled.
• If you click on “Confirm Logout”, then it will directly display the details of the options filled and saved up to that instant.
• If you click on “Cancel Logout”, then it will retain the option entry form for entry to some more options.

Seat Allotment

TS EAMCET Seat Allotment list is released by the Authority members in Online mode. Seats are allotted to the students based on an applicant’s merit, category, sex, local area, special reservation category and more.

In online mode, the list of the allotted candidates will be available and they can access the allotment letter through SMS or in online by logging in on the official website.

• Go to the official website of the Telangana EAMCET i.e., www.eamcet.tsche.ac.in
• A home page is opened. See the TS EAMCET allotment order link.
• By using the register ID and Password login to account and enter your details and press on the submit button.
• Then your TS EAMCET seat allotment letter will be displayed on the screen.
• Check all your personal details correct or not.
• Take a Print out of TS EAMCET seat allotment for future safety purpose.

Reporting to Allotted Institutes and Payment of Tuition fee:

Candidates have to report at allotted colleges in order to confirm their Admissions. They also have to pay a Tuition fee to confirm their seat in that college. If candidates failed to report in given time then their seats will be canceled and cannot claim for further allotment of seats.
