AP EAMCET Counselling: JNTU Kakinada on the behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) organizes a state level entrance test AP EAMCET. From May, AP EAMCET Counselling will be started. This counselling consists of certificate verification, option exercise, allotment, etc. It is conducted to provide admissions to students in various undergraduate engineering, pharmacy & agriculture courses offered by different universities and institutions in Andhra Pradesh state.

Registration & Fee Payment

Candidates have to Register by filling the personal details such as AP EAMCET Hall Ticket Number and Rank and make an AP EAMCET Counselling fee payment in online before

proceeding towards counseling. If in case of any payment making transaction is failed then the money will be credited to the candidates account after two working days.

In due courses, the prescribed fees will be available. Fee Amount for OC/BC is Rs. 1200/- and For SC/ST is Rs. 600/-.Candidate can make fee payment through Debit/Credit card or through Net Banking. After registering and making payment a fee receipt is generated which consists of Registration Id and Password. Candidates have to make a print out of fee receipt for future use and can proceed to access their account at any time and indicate their choices and desired course as per the seat availability in that college by using Registration Id and Password. The counseling starting dates are not intimated to any candidate separately. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the website regularly. Registered Candidates can also get AP EAMCET counseling details by SMS alert.

Candidates have to attend for the AP EAMCET Counseling at allotted counseling centers (Helpline centers) located across various Districts of the state. Students must carry the required documents for verification.

• AP EAMCET Hall Ticket
• AP EAMCET Counselling fee receipt printout.
• Intermediate memo of Marks cum Pass certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate.
• Transfer certificate.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
• AP EAMCET Rank Card.
• VI to Inter Study Certificate OR Residence Certificate for 10 years (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) OR Residence Certificate of either of the parents in A.P. for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2014 OR White ration card issued by competent authority of A.P for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
• Aadhar Card (will be returned after verification).
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category candidates(BC/SC/ST).
• PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable

After verification of documents by the Officials, they will take the Xerox copies of Certificates of 2 copies and they will give the AP EAMCET Web options entry dates based on the rank obtained in AP EAMCET.
