Nassar also called as Nasar, Nasser. Nazar was born on 5th March 1958 in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. Some reports say that he was born in srilanka. He moved to Chennai after his schooling, where he finished his pre-university at Madras Christian College. For a short time he worked in Indian Air force. He was trained in two acting schools, the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce’s Film Institute and the Tamil Nadu Institute for Film and Television Technology.
Career:
Nassar made his acting with the film K. Balachander’s Kalyana Agathigal in 1985.
He played Villain roles in the movies Velaikaran (1987) and Vanna Kanavugal.
His break through movies was Kavithai Paada Neramillai, and NAyakan.
He later got hits like Roja, Kuruthipunal, Bombay etc.
Nassar made his debut with the movie Avatharam in 1995.
He also played major roles in Telugu Films such as Matrudevobava, Dhammu, Jeans, Athadu, Pokiri,singam etc.
Nassar got worldwide recognition with the movie Bahubali in which he played the handicapped and powerful Role of Bijjaladeva, Father of Ballaladeva.
Nassar Personal Life:
Nassar married Kameela. The couple has 3 sons.
The eldest Noorul Hassan Faizal was game designer in Malaysia and designed a game named Saivam.
His second son LuthfudeenBaasha made acting debut with saivam 2014.
Third son Abi Mehdhi Hassan acted in Nassar’s film Sun sunThatha in 2012. He is the gold medalist in acting.
