AP EAMCET Counselling – Dates, Registration, Centers, Docs Req and more details

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada on the behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) organized a state level entrance test AP EAMCET. From May, AP EAMCET Counselling will be started. The Andhra Pradesh state Eamcet is conducted in Online mode. AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure

Registration

Candidates who are interested in appearing for AP EAMCET Counselling, have to register first for certificate verification. Candidates can register themselves in online or can visit Helping Centers for registration.

Registration in Online:

• Candidates have to visit the official website.There he/she has to register themselves by entering Hall-Ticket number and Rank.
• Make fee payment by using credit card, debit card or net banking.
• Make Payment and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• Payment receipt will appear on the screen. Take a printout of payment receipt which is useful in future references during time of Document verification.

AP EAMCET Counselling Fee

1. For OC /BC Category-Rs.1200
2. For SC/ST Category-Rs.600

Candidates will have to report at the Helping Centers(HLC) which they must have entered at the time of filling AP EAMCET Application Form for document verification, after the payment of the counselling fees, Candidates have carry both original and photocopies of the documents required.

Registration at Helpline Centers:

The candidates have to to visit any one of the designated AP EAMCET Counselling Centers or Helpline Centers according to their ranks. Students have to give their AP Eamcet rank card to the official of Counselling Center and register for Andhra State EAMCET Counselling. After the registration process, you have to pay the AP EAMCET Counselling Fee. Fee payment depends on the category of the student.

After making payment the officer will give you Registration cum Verification form. The candidate has to fill the details such as AP EAMCET Number, Rank, and personal details.and has to sign on the Register form. Submit the registration form at registration counter and wait until you are called for Certificate Registration. The Counselling starting dates are not intimated to any candidate separately. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the website regularly and attend the Helpline centers for Counselling process and document verification. Registered Candidates can also get AP EAMCET counseling details by SMS alert to the registered mobile number.

Note:Reporting Time for AP EAMCET Counselling is at 9:00 AM on Every Day.

A candidate has to attend for the AP EAMCET Counseling at allotted counseling centers(Helpline centers) located across various Districts of the state. Students must carry the required documents for verification.

AP EAMCET Documents & Certificate Verification

Every candidate has to attend HLC for document verification. They must carry below-mentioned documents for verification purpose.

Documents required for Verification

• AP EAMCET Counselling fee receipt printout.
• Intermediate memo of Marks cum Pass certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate.
• Transfer certificate.
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
• AP EAMCET Rank Card.
• VI to Inter Study Certificate OR Residence Certificate for 10 years (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) OR Residence Certificate of either of the parents in A.P. for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2014 OR White ration card issued by competent authority of A.P for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
• Aadhar Card (will be returned after verification).
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category candidates(BC/SC/ST).
• PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable

After verification of documents by the Officials, they will take the Xerox copies of Certificates of 2 copies and they will give the AP EAMCET Web options entry dates based on the rank obtained in AP EAMCET.

Choice Filling and Reporting to the allotted Institute

The candidate has to select the Colleges and courses codes details based on their priority by login into their AP EAMCET Counselling accounts. They also can change the college’s list if they want before the last date of AP EAMCET Web counseling.

List of Courses offered is mentioned in below table.

Now candidate can easily fill the choices with Login id and password. Steps to fill in the choices are mentioned below.

1.Login to your AP EAMCET counselling account by using Login Id and Password,Date of Birth and Captcha code.

2. Click on “Choice Filling Choice”

3. Now select the college and course code as per preferences. To make the options filled more secured, candidates will be sent an OTP to the candidates registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number in provided box. Submit the form after selecting your choices.

4. Students can select Number of options as their choice, there is no limit. They can modify the selected choice until the last date. After modifying their options , the applicants can successfully save the changes and must lock the final options to make the choices secure.

AP EAMCET Seat Allotment

Seats are allotted to the students based on an applicant’s merit, category, sex, local area,special reservation category and more. In online mode the list of the allotted candidates will be available and they can access the allotment letter by logging in on the official website. Download the Challan form for payment and pay the fees in one of the branches of Andhra Pradesh or Indian Bank in the state, after the release of the allotment list.

Reporting at Allotted Institutes/Colleges

Candidates have to report to the allotted center for admission formalities, after the allotment. Through Self-reporting system and report at the allotted college’s candidates compulsory have to report at these two stages. reporting through self-reporting system or reporting at the allotted college is alone not sufficient to get a seat. If candidates failed to report in given time then their seats will be canceled and cannot claim for further allotment of seats.
