Asin Tottumkal was born on 26th October 1985 in Cochin, Kerala. Joseph Tottumkal and Seline Tottumkal were her parents. She did BA in English literature. Asin family follows Christianity.
Career:
- Asin made her debut in 2001 with a Malayalam Film Narendran Makan Jayendran Vaka.
- After 2 years she made her debut in Telugu in 2003 with the film Amma Nanna Oh Tamila Ammay which was a huge hit and this changed her life and brought her many offers. She also Film-Fare best actress award for this film.
