He is very much inspired by his father, from childhood he aspires to do Business degree and take up his family Business. Varun did his Bachelor’s degree in Business from New York University in 2004.

After getting degree, he joined his family’s construction Business NAPC constructionspvt.ltd.
He worked for 8 years and came to the position of Vice Chairman.

He was the founder of Radiance Reality Developers India Limited, which focuses on Luxury residential projects.
Films: In 2013,Varun established Radiance media Group which produces films.
The first movie from this production house was a bilingual SamsaramArogyanithuhanikaram in Malayalam and in Tamil version with title Vaayimoodipesavan.
Kaaviyathalaivan was the new project from the production.
