GNIIT Software Engineering Track:

This track prepares students for the software engineering profession. The set of courses imparts training on enterprise frameworks like Dot Net and J2EE. It addresses the relevant and important technologies like XML, Web Services, and EAI etc.

The other key components of this track are strong application design skills (using UML), Software Testing and business processes with a comprehensive project.

GNIIT Systems Engineering & Networking Track

Creates Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations and Management professionals through the coverage of latest, industry-relevant networking and security technologies.

This track covers desktop and server operating system installation and maintenance, messaging, networking and security infrastructure management on Windows and Linux platforms. 

GNIIT Business Systems & Information Management Track

The Business Systems & Information Management Track of GNIIT teaches you IT skills suitable to your career choice. No complex software applications, hardcore programming languages or mind-boggling coding procedures. Instead it focuses on business processes and information management generated by these systems.

This track focuses on Business Processes, Information Systems and Business Intelligence Technologies and on processing, analyzing, presenting and reporting data generated by these systems. It makes use of world leading technology platforms like SAS and Microsoft to teach the latest technologies in the Business Systems & Information Management domain.

NIIT requires the following attested documents to get admission.

• Proof of 12th Pass
• Date of Birth Proof

• Indigenous Certificate Scheduled Tribe (Naga) Certificate

National Institution of Information Technology Course Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass with Good Communication Skills in English
• Preference is given to recent Graduates (B.Sc./B.Com/B.A.)
• Willing to relocate to any place

NIIT Common Admission Process:

The GNIIT program is designed to be pursued along with graduation. The minimum qualification required to this program is successful completion of Class XII/12th. Candidates interested in enrolling to the GNIIT course are required to undergo a counseling session with the Academic Counselors at NIIT centers. Students are evaluated on a specialized IT Aptitude Assessment Test and also Communications Skills Interview.
