HTET Exam Details

The full form of HTET is Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test. H.T.E.T exam will be held in both online and offline. Board of School Education, Haryana will release notification for HTET 2017. Candidates who possess the minimum qualification must read the following instructions which are given below for filling the Haryana TET Application Form. The candidates qualifying in the exam will be eligible for the TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) and PGT (Post Graduate Teachers) & Primary Teacher (PRT) jobs in the State Government and Private Schools. The PRT meant for teachers opting for Class 1 to Class 5 and Elementary Stage (TGT) for teachers opting for Class 6 to Class 8 and PGT for teachers opting for classes IX –XII.

HTET Eligibility Criteria:

  • For PRT: Diploma in Elementary Education from recognized Board
  • For TGT: B.Ed from recognized University
  • For PGT: Post Graduation with B.Ed

HTET Selection Process:

Candidates those who want to selection in the HTET, they must have passed in written examination. The Exam will be held both offline and Computer Based Test (CBT)

How to fill Haryana TET Application Form

  • To fill the Haryana TET Application Form 2017 candidates need to visit the official web portal i.e. www.htet.nic.in.
  • On the home page applicants will have access to the HTET Apply Online.
  • Hit on the appropriate link.
  • The candidates need to fill up the application form with the correct details.
  • Then upload the passport size photograph & signature and required documents for the completion of registration, so the aspirants need to keep them in scanned copies.
  • After that once check the filled form before click on submit button
  • Finally take a printout copy of filled online application form for future use.

HTET Exam Fee:

  • All candidates except SC & Differently abled candidates have to pay exam fee of Rs.600/- (for each Level)
  • SC & Differently Abled of Haryana Domicile only pay exam fee of Rs.300/- (for each Level)
  • SC & Differently Abled of Other State candidates have to pay exam fee of Rs.600/- (for each Level)

Haryana TET Exam Pattern

  • All the questions in HTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Each question will carry one mark.
  • There is no any provision of negative marking in the exam.
  • The minimum qualifying marks is 60 %

HTET Admit Card

As per the HTET News, Admit Card will be available 10 to 15 days before the examination. If you are applied for the exam then you can easily download your HTET Admit Card from the official website @ www.htet.nic.in. The exam center allotted to each candidate is also printed on the hall ticket. So you can easily view your examination venue on your roll number/register number. HTET Answer Key

The HTET Answer Key plays a major role to measure your exam performance. The official solution key for Haryana TET PGT TGT PRT Exam has been released within one week. The official ans key is published by Haryana Board of School Education i.e. www.htet.nic.in.

HTET Cutoff:

Candidates scoring the minimum cutoff marks shall be given the valid score card. This HTET Score Card is valid for 7 years from the date of the result release. The cutoff for the Teacher Eligibility Test is 60% i.e. 90 marks out of 150 marks. There is the exemption of 5% marks for SC / ST / PWD applicants, so they need to score 83 marks.
