Assam TET Eligibility and Qualification

For Upper Primary Teachers:

Candidates must have degree in relevant field with 50% marks.

For Primary Teachers:

Candidates should be passed diploma/degree in education. Those are having graduate degree in elementary education they are also eligible for Assam TET Examination.

Interested candidates need to pay application fee of Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only).

Assam TET Selection Procedure

Aspirants who have applied for the SSA Assam TET Exam Notification, they will be selected based on their performance in Assam Teacher Eligibility Test.

SSA Assam TET Qualifying Marks:

• To qualify in Assam TET 2017 the candidate must score at least 60% marks.
• However, 5% relaxation will be given for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD Categories

SSA Assam TET Exam Pattern

• The Assam TET Exam shall be for 100 marks of Multiple Choice Questions
• Each question carrying equal marks
• General Studies and Current Affairs – 50 MCQ’s – 50 Marks
• Specific Subject – 50 MCQ’s – 50 Marks

SSA Assam TET Admit Card

Candidates will be selected based on the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted by the Assam Secondary School Board. SSA Assam TET Exam Date will also be notified by the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) Assam. Candidates can download the SSA Assam TET Admit Card before 20 days of entrance examination.
